With a passion for people, design, and all things home, Ashley Stewart Baath founded The Nest Collective to bring a fresh, boutique approach to real estate in Alabama — one defined by personalized, dedicated service and an unwavering commitment to her clients.
After more than a decade in real estate sales and property management, Ashley envisioned a brokerage that would raise the standard for how clients are served — blending classic Southern hospitality with modern expertise. At The Nest Collective, every detail matters. Each client, property, and relationship is approached with care, communication, and thoughtful expert guidance from start to finish.
Ashley believes that home is more than an address — it’s where life happens, it's one's NEST. Her approach is hands-on and deeply personal, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported throughout their real estate journey.
When she’s not helping others find their perfect nest, Ashley enjoys fly-fishing with her husband Eric, spending time with their two German Shorthaired Pointers, Wurlitzer-Jane and Ida Claire, and exploring the local community she proudly calls home, and where she has chosen to make her Nest.
